Jackson Lee

Co-Founder and Head of Strategy

Hello, my name is Jackson! I co-founded UChicago Robotics with Tanner and Togay to grow enthusiasm for robotics at the College. I am currently a first year double-majoring in computer science and economics. In my moments to spare, I enjoy competing in golf tournaments and watching college sports. I’m always down for a good conversation, so feel free to reach out to me through email!

Pratham Gandhi

Co-Head of Business Development

Pratham is a first year in the College from New York City studying Computer Science and Economics. He loves teaching and when he's not forging partnerships, creating business plans, or developing business programming for UChicago Robotics, he's researching CS Education at the UChicago CANON Lab. He's also a long-time roboticist, competing in FIRST competitions since 6th grade, most recently with FRC team 5806 (go Basement Lions!). In his free time, Pratham loves to play board games with friends and is an avid fan of Formula 1 racing.

Lukas Elsrode

Co-Head of Business Development

Lukas is a fourth year Geophysical Sciences Major from Geneva, Switzerland. As Co-Head of Business Development for Chicago Robotics he is responsible for designing, organizing, and presenting the business education curriculum. He currently works as a consultant for the Polsky Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation and at the Kronforst Laboratory on campus where he is creating processes to image the in-vivo development of different insects.  Past experiences working in Nanofabrication labs, IT and Tech consulting, and assisting private financiers fund business has let him develop a cross-disciplinary skill-set that blends technical and business knowhow.

Jonathan Garcia

Head of Communications

Hey! I'm Jonathan Garcia, and I'm an Environmental and Urban studies major in the Class of 2024. I am from Los Angeles, CA, where I did FRC robotics for 3 years (Sound off Team 4!). Feel free to email me at jtgarcia@uchicago.edu.

Harrison Dong

Head of Finance

Harrison is a first year studying Computer Science and Mathematics. He’s originally from the San Francisco Bay Area in California, so he’s a bit confused by Chicago weather. He loves coming up with random business ideas and is always looking for things to do that are outside of his comfort zone, like taking up a singing role in his high school’s Spring musical for the first time in his senior year with no real singing (or acting, really) experience. In his free time, you can find Harrison trying, and sometimes failing, at staying as far away from anime as possible (he values sleep), singing and dancing like there’s no tomorrow (at least when no one’s watching), and spending quality time with friends and family.
